Education Sessions

The Wednesday and Thursday schedule will feature concurrent tracks. Each track will be devoted to a specific application challenge (beverage, baking, dairy, emerging ingredients, etc).

Each track will consist of up to several separate 40-minute practical "how to" educational presentations. Registering early will help you attend your desired session.
